About
Bryan Donovan Sng

Hello! I'm a narrative game designer based in Los Angeles with an MS in Game Design from USC and a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch. I build game worlds that make players feel something: through card games, location-based ARGs, and licensed IP.
My work sits at the intersection of story and systems. I believe the best narrative design is invisible: felt through mechanics and player choice rather than announced through cutscenes. I've led narrative pipelines on shipped award-winning titles, written for licensed IP at scale, and built interactive fiction from scratch in a week.
Before USC, I designed and wrote educational games for government clients in Singapore, work that taught me how to make learning disappear inside play, a principle I carry into every project.
If you are curious about any of my work, feel free to reach out!
